There is one room available immediately in this lovely ground-floor flat, opposite the main entrance to the University of Aberdeen and opposite the Sports Village. The rent is £350 per month, and deposit is the same. The bathroom has been recently refurbished, and has a walk-in shower. Unfortunately we only have one photo at the moment, but please get in touch if you'd like to view the flat, either over a video call or with social distancing in place.

I lived there for two years between 2011-2013 while at university and loved it. I hope you will too!
