Sadly I am moving back to Australia so my room in Putney is up for rent.

The room on offer is a light, cosy double room with bed, cupboard space and a chest of draws.

The flat has a large kitchen and living area with a table and chairs, and two lounges was well as a large TV.

We have a huge private outdoor balcony (great in summer!) and a large shared garden.

2 Bathrooms.

Roughly 10 min walk to East Putney Station, and 5 mins to Putney Railway Station.

Currently we have four girls living in the flat - 2 Australians, 2 British. We are all very sociable and love hanging out together having a wine and watching Netflix.

The room is £500 pcm - amazing price for the area! Plus bills which work out to roughly £50/£60pcm. Bills include:

- Gas, electricity, water
- TV license
