I have a one bedroom apartment for rental on the ground floor with its own parking. 5 minutes walk from Putney train station, 13 minutes to East Putney Underground.
The basic rent is £1350 with additional £100 per month for bills for a single person or £150 for a couple. The bills will be all inclusive of gas, water, electricity, internet and council tax.
The apartment is furnished but i would also consider letting unfurnished to the right person.
The apartment rent is reduced to £1300 if rent is paid three monthly in advance
