The first-floor of the flat is communal, including a fully fitted spacious kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, washing machine, oven, fridge/freezer and microwave (kitchen also leads to a large private balcony, great for the summer). Also, there’s a bathroom with a bath/shower and a large fully furnished cosy living room with two sofas and a dining table.

The other two bedrooms are occupied by one male, Connor, and one female, Pascale who are very kind and welcoming young professionals and great to live with. They’re up for socialising but also understanding of giving one their own space.

Brilliant bus and train links are nearby, accessible to central London:
- 10 minute walk to Mortlake rail station (Zone 3) which gets you to Waterloo (central London) in 25 mins, Clapham Junction in 15 mins, Putney in less than 10 mins.
- 10 minute bus ride to Richmond underground station (Zone 4) to Westminster in 30 minutes
- The closest bus stop is a 1 min walk and can take you easily to other surrounding locations like Kew Gardens, Roehampton, Kingston, Wimbledon and more.

East Sheen High Street is within minutes of walking distance and has all the essential shops like supermarkets (Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsbury’s) health and beauty stores (Boots, Superdrug) and heaps of independent shops, cafes and pubs of different kinds, including a Puregym.



The flat is also lucky to be close to great walking/running/cycling spots like Richmond Park (10-15 mins walking) and the River Thames (5 mins).
