I know everyone says their flat is the best location, but this one really is! It’s on quiet residential road, just a minutes walk from the main high street in Putney, which has everything you need, including a great selection of supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, hairdressers, Oliver Bonas, H&M, Wilkos and Boots.

Perfect for anyone that needs to commute by train or tube, with Putney train station a couple of minutes walk, and East Putney/Putney Bridge about 10 minutes walk.

Loads of gyms, yoga studios, martial arts/BJJ, CrossFit nearby, as well as having the river and numerous lovely parks practically on the doorstep.

I’m 33, sociable, very active and relatively normal :/
I work in sports marketing (think free rugby tickets!), mostly from the office but sometimes from home and am required to work the odd weekend.
My weeknights tend to be quite chill - usually gym, yoga or play tennis then keep the socialising for the weekend.
Clean, tidy, considerate etc etc etc.
Some of my best friends have come from past houseshares and would hopefully find a likeminded flatmate to make it feel homely, join for the occasional takeaway/movie night/pub evening, but equally respectful of privacy and has their own thing going on.
