Current flatmates: 1 couple and 1 male all aged 26 and been friends forever.

Looking for:
- Chilled person who is clean, does their bit to clean and tidy flat.
- Ideally someone who is in a relationship.
- Doesn’t mind football on Sundays or f1 on the occasion…
- Preferably a girl to even the flat out.

Not looking for:
- Someone who works from home more than 2 times a week
- Someone who goes out out a lot.

We usually cook for ourselves and are super busy during the week so if you’re looking for your next best mates we wouldn’t want to disappoint.

The spare room is small but the rent reflects this. It has a double bed and fully furnished. Bills on top of rent is roughly 80£.

Shared areas are Living room, small balcony, kitchen, shower room and toilet room.

Bus stop for 85, 424, 170, 493 is right outside. But the green man pub which is a 5 min walk has a lot of buses. It’s also a 13 min walk to putney station and East Putney station.
