We have a beautiful light and airy, furnished double room in Sidcup- a short walk from Sidcup Station with direct easy routes to London.

The bedroom is furnished with the following:

We are looking for a nice, friendly, like minded individual to share the home with my current flat mate. She’s a bubbly young professional who is sociable and chatty but respectful of personal space. She is looking forward to finding a flat mate with the same outlook on shared living including helping to keep the flat clean/tidy.

The flat has an open plan kitchen/living room with a large balcony at the back. There are small communal gardens at the front. There is a medium sized bathroom with a very large shower (no bath). The bathroom is currently being renovated in March so will be sparkling new for when you move in!

-Broadband (WIFI)
-Electricity is an additional £50 a month due to the current energy crisis.

The flat is conveniently situated a mere 5 min walk from Sidcup train station in Zone 5. Trains run approx every 10-15 mins into central London (Waterloo East, London Bridge, Charing Cross and Cannon Street- Bank).
