This is a double room in a family house.

We are located in the the popular Dulverton Catchment area, less than 10 minutes walk from New Eltham Station with fast non stopping trains direct to London Bridge. Ideally situated with walking distance to Greenwich University, Bird College and Rose Bruford. Our house is well furnished, modern and decorated to a high standard. It is comfortable and clean with a fully equipped kitchen. We also have a lovely wood burning stove for the winter. We have a large decking area to the rear of the property and a good sized garden. We are also close to all amenities.

We are looking for a quiet person who will look after and treat the property with respect. NB: The main criteria is that you absolutely must love dogs. We have two very friendly dogs and they are very much part of the family. Please do not apply if you are not happy with sharing your home with dogs, that includes the occasional barking to go out in the morning and also the odd nudge to take them out for a walk or give them a cuddle. We also foster rescue dogs and find them new homes.

We are a couple in our mid 50s, fun and easy going. We like to go and walk in the countryside at the weekends and do a mixture of hybrid working arrangements.
