I am moving out of this huge apartment at the end of August to get closer to work so I am looking for someone to replace me :).

As you can see, you will have a very spacious double room with ensuite and a loooot of storage space! Everything you see, except the mirror, is here to stay (but you've got another one in the closet ;)). We also have a storage room to store your suitcases etc.

About the flat itself...
It is a 3-bed 3-bath flat, there is a large living room with a massive TV we recently bought, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a new washing machine + dryer and everything you need to cook. We also have a small patio with a barbecue and two sofa beds in the living room to receive friends and family :). The flat is located in the basement but still gets a lot of natural light thank to big windows as well as a massive skydome in the living room. See for yourself on the pictures. :)

The flat is 5 minutes from Paddington and Lancaster Gate Stations, Hyde Park is literally at the end of the street! We have a very big Waitrose less than 10 minutes away and other shops at the train station. If you are French like Paul and I and you are missing some French delicacies, or you want to try some, then you'll be happy to know we also have a French supermarket less than two minutes away!

About the current flatmates, Paul is French, he works in aviation. Elizabeth is English and works at an art dealer. They both enjoy playing Mario Kart, watching Friends or the last Netflix movie together and go out for a beer from time to time, now that it is allowed again.

The rent is £985 a month (electricity, gas, water, internet, council tax for ~100£ per month extra). A cleaner comes twice a month (£36) whom we are paying one after the other.
