We are looking for someone to take over my tenancy in Maida Vale as soon as possible. This is a very easy-going, friendly household and you couldn't ask for nicer roommates. We are King's College London Classics students.

Maida Vale is one of the best places to live in London, minutes away from Abbey Road, Warwick Avenue, Little Venice, with a choice of supermarkets, quiet residential streets and one minute's walk to the Bakerloo line (Maida Vale Station). Bills usually come to around £50-60 pcm.

The room is en-suite with shower and bath, wardrobe, currently has a single bed but the agency will swap in a double if preferred. Spacious shared living room and kitchen, guest bathroom, balcony and communal garden (we just need to find the key.)

The current contract ends in October, but it's very easy to extend - you may just have to find either 1 or 2 new roommates as we don't know who will be staying past that date.

This is ideal for a short-term let, or a long-term if you're happy to find new roommates in October.
