As both of my flatmates are leaving, I’m looking for flatmates for two lovely double rooms in our spacious and sunny 3 bed flat. The flat is in a fantastic location, a few minutes walk to Chalk Farm station (Northern Line), or Kentish Town West (Overground). Camden market, the canal and Primrose Hill are some of the amenities just a short walk away! The area is full of things to do, and super well connected- it's only a half hour walk to King's Cross.

The flat itself is on the 4th floor of a purpose-built block, with a lift and a secure entry system. Every room has windows, and the flat has a dual aspect, meaning it's always bright and airy (there are many plant babies that appreciate this too). There is a spacious shared living room with a comfy sofa and a dining table. There is a balcony with views out onto the street. The kitchen is big, and has an easy-clean electric stove, fan oven, washing machine, dishwasher (!) and full-size fridge/freezer. The WC with toilet and sink are separate to the bathroom with shower over a full bathtub, and sink, so no-one needs to wait for the loo while someone is in the shower. There are 2 communal storage cupboards in the hallway, and the flat has brand new Super Fibre WiFi (average speed 63Mps if that means anything to you), which works a treat in all parts of the flat!

Room 1
The first room that’s available is a great-sized double room, with a huge wardrobe with a large mirrored door. The room is partly furnished, as my flatmate will take her bed with her. The room does not share walls with other flats, besides above and below, since it is situated in the middle of the flat. It looks out onto the communal estate courtyard, away from the street, and there are 2 pretty trees in front of the window.

Room 2
The second room that’s available is a smaller double room (and therefore cheaper!), which fits a double bed, wardrobe and desk. The room is well lit all day, with a huge window brightening up the room. It is furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe. As you can see in the pictures, there is room for a small desk, although my flatmate will take hers with her (the rest of the furniture stays in the room).

We are lucky to have a Morrisons a 3 min walk from the flat, and there is also a Lidl, and a big Sainsbury's really near, as well as Sainsbury's local etc just round the corner. Camden town has loads of shops and cafes, just a short walk away. The flat is also within walking distance to several lovely parks, including Regent's Park and Primrose Hill, and Hampstead Heath.

You would be living with me, Laura, and a new flatmate. I am a second-year graduate student, and I’m in the process of completing my research masters in Philosophy. I’m from the Netherlands, and I moved to London for my masters. I love playing the violin (with a mute or in one of UCL’s music rooms), like to read and I’m into meditation and yoga. I regularly study at the library during the day, so I won’t be home all the time. I would enjoy the occasional dinner together, or to grab a pint/watch trash tv on the couch sometimes. However, I’m pretty easy and also enjoy spending time in my own space.
