I have secured tenancy on a 2-bed room apartment located on the 10th floor of the Dudley house development. I am looking for someone to join the tenancy (directly with the estate agency) to take an en-suite bedroom.

This apartment comes unfurnished and i am currently arranging furniture for the living room space which we can discuss but propose we both arrange our own bedroom furniture.

I am looking for an easy-going person who is respectful, clean (as i have mild OCD on keeping things fresh) and isn’t going to be using the apartment as a party pad. Despite being independent and mainly being focused on work it will be nice to move in with someone who i can also really get on with.

As a bit of background, i work within real estate. I’m a laid back, clean individual and mainly will be spending the time at work as I’m in the office every day. When i'm not working i enjoy going Gym (into crossfit)! Also enjoying going restaurants, concerts/comedies and socializing with friends.

I am expecting for this to go very fast due to the very cheap rent. Aiming to go back to the landlord agency on Friday to confirm who the 2nd tenant will be so ideally i am aiming to meet/speak to ppl within the next 2-3 days before making a decision.
