The room you would be taking over is a small double bedroom with built in wardrobe. You would be sharing a bathroom with our wonderful flatmate. The room is small so we would be looking for someone who does not work from home. We do not work from home for example.
The flat comprises of a very large shared living room and a big spacious kitchen. The flat is extremely clean (considering we all love food), we would get a cleaner who would come in regularly every week which is always handy, we also regularly clean after ourselves and our dishes as soon as we finish, we keep this tidy and respect each other’s spaces, so it’s always nice & tidy. So it works out very well and are keen to find someone which feels the same way about keeping the flat homely and tidy.
We are looking for a female preferably to take the room. Someone who is kind, considerate, clean, quiet and friendly.
The household is wonderful and we respect each other's space. Me and my flatmate do on occasions let out our rooms if we are away, so please ensure that you are comfortable with that. Also we have friends who come over have a drink with us or a chat on occasions as we like to socialise at the same time like our privacy. If we have guests we ensure that we clear things after ourselves so that it can be clean during the morning. Just being respectful to one another, always feel like sometimes it’s necessary to share this :)
We sometimes cat sit my friends cat.
Please let me know if you think you fit the criteria. This property will have a lot of demand, please contact me to arrange a viewing.
Move in date: around October - November.
We like to keep the flat clean and makes it easier for us.
Do give us a brief descriptions of yourself. If there are any more questions please don't hesitate to ask :)!
Good luck!
