Newly renovated Double ensuite (bath/shower) in the heart of Primrose Hill. 2 minute walk from Chalk Farm station.

The room itself is fairly average size, but has a lot of storage including an ottoman bed. The room/flat has a Sonos speakers included. There is a utility room with washing/drying machines and also more storage space.

Due to the high quality of the flat, I like the living areas to be kept tidy but am also very reasonable with everyday living.

Although I am sociable, this is quite a quiet flat with relaxed atmosphere. Looking for a clean and tidy professional who is both happy to chat but also happy to keep things separate.

I am very sporty (running, triathlon), work long hours in central and often will be out with friends on weekends.

Ideally looking for someone who also works long hours and is active with their free time.
