Hi everyone!

I am looking for someone to take over my room contract ASAP!
I have a room at the Private Hall Goldsmiths House. It is in a brilliant location- literally a fifteen-minute walk to UCL and twenty minutes from SOAS and Birkbeck. The Hall is also seven minutes from Morninton Cresent Tube Station and is a fifteen-minute walk to the Camden Town tube station. The main Camden High Street is ten minutes away. It's a lovely location and I am sad to be leaving it.

The room itself is a single non-ensuite room at £215.00 a week. It faces the hall gardens and is very quiet with great views. There is also a study room, a massive kitchen and dining room and a TV Room with Amazon Prime and Netflix.

All Amenities are included and the hall's communal areas are cleaned daily. Everyone is very friendly. The halls are made up of mostly undergraduate, masters and PhD students, although some people do work!

The contract is for forty weeks, ending in June.
