I'm moving out of my lovely room in a period conversion within West Kensington and close to the station and local amenities. Only 3 minutes from the station and close to vibrant North End Road.
The flat:
Roomy 2-floor flat with 4 bedrooms in a nice, residential area of West Kensington. Spacious living room with high ceiling, TV and doors onto sun-catching balcony with table and chairs. Two bathrooms (one per floor), a decent-sized kitchen, and a landing upstairs with some storage space.
The room:
Good size with double bed, chest of drawers, desk, wardrobe and chair so plenty of space and storage. Bathroom shared with two others. On the rear of the property so very quiet (no street noise).
Location & amenities:
3 mins walk from West Kensington station (District line), 7 mins walk from Barons Court (Piccadilly line), 5 mins walk to buses to central London & Hammersmith, 7 mins walk to Overground (Olympia).
Very good location for Hammersmith and Shepherd's Bush as well as central London, which is easily reachable within 30 mins.
1 min walk to the nearest store (small Sainsbury's), 6 mins walk to big Tesco.
A few nice local cafes and pubs to walk to, which flatmates would be only too happy to show.
Flatmates:
You'd be living with four others, all professionals in their late 20s/early 30s. It's a fairly quiet flat, as flatmates are all quite busy and independent, although they do enjoy the odd hang-out involving takeaways, Netflix or sitting on the balcony for a drink during summer. Looking for someone considerate, respectful and clean.
