Hi, I am looking for a lodger to come live with me and my miniature Dachshund. We are looking for a dog lover, who is quiet, neat, tidy and friendly.

The flat is located in Battersea, 9 min walk from Clapham Junction, next to the river boat pier and with good bus links too. There’s a café just next door, and supermarket, restaurant and gym all 2min away. Not to mention the beautiful thames river walks right on your doorstep!

The flat has a 24hr concierge, excellent security with CCTV, and underground bike parking available. There is a shared kitchen (fully equipped), dining area and living room (with sofa bed for guests). Amenities include Sky TV, Netflix, Disney +, Ultrafast broadband, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine ... etc!

Your room has floor to ceiling windows with blinds and curtains, and is furnished with a double bed, corner wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. You will also have mostly sole use of the master bathroom (my room has an ensuite). Whilst the room is not huge, it is very light and airy, just like the rest of the flat.

The rent is £1,250 per month, with utility bills included. Bedding and towels available if needed.

Please note the room is for a single occupant only and comes fully furnished.

Due to my schedule, this room is NOT suitable for someone who works from home.
