Hey, I’m moving out at the end of the month for a new job, so I’m currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy, for a minimum of 6 months.
My housemates are all between the ages of 22-24 so the environment is really fun and social with a large shared kitchen/ living area. The location is great and is only 5 minutes from Clapham Junction station, Clapham Common and Northcote road.
Since moving in I’ve purchased a height adjustable desk, a clothes rail and a rug (which makes the room) and these will be included. Poster wise, we can just hash out which ones you want to keep :)
Bills are included for a total rent of 1000pcm which has been great and so easy each month!
