We have a double room available in our 3-bed flat, 3min walk from Parsons Green station. The flat consists of all the upper floors of a terraced house, and includes a roof terrace and a large shared living room. It is located on a quiet tree-lined street that gives directly onto Fulham Road and all its amenities.

The bedroom has a double bed, a desk and plenty of storage, and the bathroom is shared with one other flatmate.

The flat is available from the 3rd of April. The rent is 1100pcm, with around 70 per month extra for council tax and utilities.

We are two young professionals, looking preferably for another young professional or a graduate student. We have no preference with regards to gender but do note that the bathroom is shared with a guy (though very clean!).
