The house sits right between Hammersmith Road and North End road, with walking distance to 3 stations: Kensington Olympia (Rail and Overground), West Kensington (District) and Barons Court (District and Piccadilly). Hammersmith is 2 stops away by bus or about 15 minute walk. High Street Kensington and Shepherd’s Bush are both about 25 min walk.

🏡About the flat:

It is a basement flat, so although the house is next to a busy road, the flat is very quiet.
Comes with:
- 1 bathroom with bath/shower + 1 separate toilet
- Kitchen/living room with all the usual utilities (sofa, dining table, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, washing machine)
- 4 bedrooms in total

✏️Rent and lease:

However, there is an extra fee for a cleaner that we hire privately which comes to £13 per person per week. She does not currently clean this bedroom, but it is possible to arrange if you’d be interested! This means that there is no cleaning rota for the flat, which is perfect if you are a busy person also. Cleaning is twice a week.

Current lease that you’d be taking over expires 31st February 2025 but there will be no issues with renewing the lease - the contract runs for either 6 or 12 months.

👩‍💼About flatmates:

The total number of people in the house is 4, so you will be sharing with 3 other people. All professionals who are out of the house most times, so it does not get crowded. :)

We’ve been living together for a long time and we’ve always had a lovely relationship so I trust that you will get along just fine! They are honestly what makes me most sad about leaving.
