A cosy, bedsit-style single room will be available as I'm heading back home. Flexible with move-in dates!
The room features a kitchenette, built-in storage, and large windows, making the most of its tall ceilings :).
The room is in a friendly, student-only house in Earls Court, well connected with a superstore and a 24/7 Tesco Express nearby and with multiple tube stations at a 10-minute walk.
There is a fully fitted kitchen downstairs with lockable storage for each room and a washer and drier. There is also a separate toilet and shower so you'll rarely wait for either! A cleaner comes in once a week to clean the communal areas.
The room is £205/week bills included and rent is paid quarterly. Deposit to be discussed with the landlady (I paid a deposit of £600 for a 12-month contract to give a rough idea!)
