My flatmate Veronica and I are looking to sublet our lovely two bedroom flat between the 3rd of July until the 20th of July.

The flat is located in a quiet Mews, within 5 minutes walking distance from Royal Oak station (Hammersmith&City line, Circle line), 10 minutes walking distance from Bayswater (District line, Circle line) and Queensway stations (Central line). There is a big Waitrose a few moments away from the flat, as well as other local shops, restaurants and pharmacies. The flat is also within a walking distance of Notting Hill, Hyde Park and Paddington.

Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and other storage units.
The kitchen has all the necessary amenities, such as dishwasher, oven, induction hob, washing machine, fridge, freezer, an extendable dining table and plenty of storage.
The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub, as well as a heated rack.

The flat can be rented by the room or as a whole property. We can consider shorter letting periods. The flat comes with all bills included.
