We are looking for someone reliable, personable and respectful to move in at the start of January. The current occupant is moving out after staying for three years.

I own the house and usually work away whilst I rent the two other bedrooms out.

The house is spread over two floors, and we have our own back garden.. The available room is fully furnished and a good size.

We're located in the redeveloped area of New Gorbals, and the street is very safe and quiet at night. There's a large Co-op at the end of the street, and it's only a 15 minute walk to Argyle Street, so it's a very decent location.
