The room has a double bed and a reclaimed teak wardrobe (made from an old ship!) There is also a desk and an armchair.
(You’re welcome to move the desk if you want to make space for a TV.)
It has been recently carpeted and noise insulation added to the internal walls. There’s a large velux window with blackout blind.

It’s a spacious, lovely flat. Upstairs are the three bedrooms and bathroom with bath, and downstairs the dining room, the sitting room, loo/ shower, and the kitchen (I love to cook and can’t resist gadgets, we’ve got all mod cons; Vitamix, La Pavoni, Bamix, Kitchenaid etc). My cat, Prince, has his own ‘loo’ under the stairs with a robotic litter box, which keeps smells to a minimum.

There’s a big shared roof terrace, and we have loungers, a BBQ, and a little greenhouse which you’re welcome to make use of!

The location could not be better. The flat is a few minutes from Park District and Kelvingrove Park, with the city centre on one side and the West End on the other. Central, but so peaceful!

Jake, 30, works for BAE: Jake is a bouldering and DnD enthusiast.
Prince, 8, cat, society beauty: Prince is usually lounging in the studio with me.
