I'm looking for a flatmate to take my place. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat, situated in Argyle Street, city centre. (Note: the property is managed by DJ Alexander)

The monthly rent is £637.5, excluding council tax share of £119 (tax band E) and electricity bill. The flat share also comes with a secure parking space and a bike park shed.

The other flatmate is using the ensuite bedroom, so you'll have the main bathroom for yourself (picture available).

I'm hoping the prospective tenant to be a professional as per the landlord 's preference, but students can apply too.

Earliest moving date would be 28 June, 2025.
