The top (3rd) floor flat has living room, fully equipped spacious kitchen/diner with cosy sofa, bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. Great views facing south make a warm and light livingroom and kitchen. The bedroom is large with walk-in wardrobe offering plenty of storage space. One month rent and one month deposit will be needed to move in.

I'm a 35-year-old woman from Ukraine, a full-time student. Hobbies - reading books, fitness, travelling, learning Spanish. It would be a bonus if you speak Spanish. I pracrice music in the apartment daily, so the flatmate should be comfortable with that. Looking for a tidy and responsible flatmate for shared living.
