Hi, I'm looking for a female flatmate who is willing to take a room in a 2bhk.
There is a shared kitchen and a bathroom.
The kitchen has all the utensils and appliances required.
The house has all the amenities and appliances and enough furniture.
I'm looking for someone who is free spirited, hygienic and open minded, MOST IMPORTANTLY knows to clean after themselves in the kitchen and the bathroom as well. Someone who can enjoy company as well as respect personal space. Kindly contact if you are interested.

NOTE: In this 2bhk, there is no living room or common space. The other bedroom which is an ensuite is taken up by a girl.
The living room is made into a bedroom for a male flatmate with whom you will be sharing the bathroom as well, to which I can ASSURE- he is extremely hygenic and keeps the bathroom very clean, therefore I'm looking for someone who understands the importance of sharing a bathroom and keeping it clean and hygienic.
Kitchen will be shared by everyone.
The bills cost around £50-60 per month and a bit more in winters depending on the usage.
