Cozy double room available in the city centre. You'll share the space with myself, an Irish Primary school teacher in my 20s. The room is preferably available to female guests, sorry.

The room is in a prime location within Glasgow City Centre and has links to many modes of transport, with Queen Street train station a 5 minute walk away, and Glasgow Central train station less than 10 minutes on foot. Keep in mind, there's no parking at the property, but you can find overnight car parks nearby if you need them. Also, because it's in the city center, some cars might not be allowed due to the Low Emission Zone. A number of bus routes pass by the flat, which can take you around Glasgow with ease.

The room has a snug small double bed. Although the room itself is not large, you will also have access to the spacious kitchen/living room and to the shared bathroom which will be shared with myself.

In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to cook meals, and there's plenty of room in the fridge and cupboards for your stuff. The bathroom contains a bath and over-bath electric shower.

Smokers are considered but no smoking within the flat, please. Council tax band E.

It's a chill place to stay, as I like to relax and unwind after work, although I also enjoy meeting new people and having a little chat in the evening. As I work as a Primary School teacher, I will be out of the flat Monday to Friday from 8am until roughly 5pm/6pm. I teach piano on some evenings, which mostly takes place in the student's own home, although I do have one online lesson that I teach from the flat. There is a keyboard available in the flat that I would be more than happy to share with you.
