Large bedroom available in big West End flat for long term let.

The room has a large mirrored wardrobe and a double bed with a great mattress. It has been recently carpeted and noise insulation added to the internal walls.
There’s a large velux window with blackout blind.

It’s a spacious, lovely flat. Upstairs are the three bedrooms and bathroom with bath, and downstairs the dining room, the sitting room, loo/ shower, and the kitchen (I love to cook and can’t resist gadgets, we’ve got all mod cons; Vitamix, La Pavoni, Bamix, Kitchenaid etc). My cat, Prince, has his own ‘loo’ under the stairs with a robotic litter box, which keeps smells to a minimum.

There’s a big shared roof terrace, and we have loungers, a BBQ, and a little greenhouse which you’re welcome to make use of!

The location could not be better. The flat is a few minutes from Park District and Kelvingrove Park, with the city centre on one side and the West End on the other. Central, but so peaceful!

We are:
Emma, artist and teacher: I work from home in my studio.
Sophie: Sophie is a writer. She’ll be moving into the other bedroom soon!
Prince, 8, cat, society beauty: Prince is usually lounging in the studio with me.

You’ll be taking the room Ross is moving out of. We like to get together every few weeks for cocktail or movie nights, and if you’re up for that I’ll probably keep it going as it’s nice to chill together once in a while, while also respecting each others privacy and personal space :)
