Hi,

This is a 2 bed flat with one furnished double room available from the 28th of April. The flat has a shared kitchen and living space, both of which are quite large, it’s also got two bathrooms one of which has a bath/shower. It’s a very central flat good for travel connections, walking to the center or the west end. Living room faces sauchiehall street but the available bedroom and kitchen are on the other side so much quieter.
I’m a student at GSA finishing my third year and am a tidy, friendly and respectful flat mate looking for the same, as a student i don’t pay council tax so another student would be ideal.

Rent is £650 a month and bills (wifi, insurance and electricity) has been about £60 a month. Tenant, a student would need to have a guarantor for the letting agent to check, I’m letting currently so would just need to sort out replacing the second tenant on the lease, if you have any questions just let me know!
