You will be sharing with 7 of the loveliest international students. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, I have no doubt that you will love them!

There is a shared kitchen with 5 gas hob rings, 2 ovens, 2 airfryers, 2 fridge freezers, washer and dryer, and a communal TV. There's 3 shared showers and 2 shared toilets.

Rent is £627 for the room. Latest monthly bills were £25 per person.

Students are preferred so that council tax doesn't need to be payed. This is why I am moving out. Council tax is around £300 per month.
