Hi everyone ! I'm posting this message because I'm moving out of my student accommodation in Firhill Court and I'm searching for a male undergraduate coming on exchange to take over my contract !

The room itself is quite spacious being slightly bigger than 3 by 4 meters and a view over the Clyde Canal which is a lovely bit of river. It also comes with an ensuite (private shower, toilet and sink) and three lovely flatmates. There is two Spanish women and one Chinese man which are very nice and tidy ! We like to keep the common space clean so be mindful of that if you're considering taking my room !

The rent is 179.90 £ per week which comes to about 771 £ per month. If you are interested you would just need to give me your name and I'll contact the university which will then send you an official offer to take up my room.
