PLEASE READ ALL.
My flat mate is sadly moving back home country to see more of her family. Holding viewings this week.

Double bedroom with Large own bathroom in northern quarter available from the 20th of August.

5 minutes walk from Arndale center and opposite the nq gooey donut cafe.

Shared flat in secure building.
It's a double room with your own private large main bathroom just outside the room with a bath.

The rent is £550 pm, bills £197.50 pm including council tax. The end of the contract is in May.
Deposit is £575. For the Landlord you will need to do their background checks, will need passport, employment contract, last 3 payment slips and contact details of your last Realestate agent / landlord.

Please no couples/students/placements/needs a garentor/ blank profiles or anyone over the age of 32 and under 24 for compatibility and less complications with contracts. This is non negotiable.

I've done this process a few times over the years living here and I do not have the time or capacity for any of the above. The Landlord would not be happy with me either as we have had people cause issues, unable to meet the contract requirements and fall through before. Please don't make working through my inbox more difficult than it needs to be.

I’m a web and graphic designer, working from home and I have a small cat called Milkshake who here as well. I'm pretty chilled. If I'm not working, I'm either at the gym, watching cartoons, or having a drink with my mates.

I'm pretty clean not OCD but I do like to keep the front room tidy as it's a really nice open plan living area and it's great for having people over which you would be more then welcome to do.

I've lived here for four years, and the time and money I've saved from being a stroll away from everything has been invaluable. It's one over from the bar streets on the left so there is some noise in but no bars facing and the bedroom faces the inwards to the right and previous flat mates have told they've never had an issue.

There's no parking but plenty sourced elsewhere in the city centre.

I have never actually met the land lord as it was originally done by an agent. She leaves me alone and I leave her apart from replacing flat mates and the odd utility all done by text so it's pretty chill. She lives in London and from her name most likely from Poland which is all I know. She has also only raised the rent once by £25 which was last year after 3 years living here.

I had to get special permission from the land lord for my cat to live with me in the flat when I first moved in but in the four years I've lived here I've never seen her and I know rental permissions have changed so if you wanted to bring another cat or small pet, I wouldn't say no but would have to sleep in your own room (no bunny cages where I eat in the living area).

Give me a shout if you’re interested and I'll sort out a viewing as soon as I can.
