I am a young professional artist who enjoys the quiet life. I have lived in the property for over 5 years as I love the space and the private landlady is really nice. This also means no fee’s! We have our own small garden out the front of a two floor property in the centre of Manchester. The lounge and kitchen are on the ground floor as separate rooms with a small hallway which leads upstairs. The available double room is upstairs with a shared bathroom.
We are 2 minutes walk from Manchester Piccadilly Station and around 5 minutes from the Northern Quarter.
I will be doing viewings at the end of next week around the beginning of September or maybe sooner.
Bills are around £100 - £125 on top of rent and this covers internet, council tax, TV Licence, water and electric.
The available room has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. It’s cosy and gets lots of natural light. The room is still occupied but will be available to view when visiting.
