Hi!

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in my flat on Upper Brook Street. It is a 15 mins walk away from the University of Manchester and about a 5 mins walk away from Lidl and Tescos on Oxford Road!

You will be living with two other girls (one final year student and one second year student) both studying at the University of Manchester.

The room is fully furnished with a wardrobe, drawers, double bed and a desk. The main entrance is operated by an electronic fob and the entrance to the flat is a normal which also works on locking your bedroom door. The flat is on the top floor of the building so it is very secure.

Let me know if you are interested in viewing it!
