We are looking for a flatmate to join our 3 bed flat.

The flat has a large living space leading out to a balcony, and lovely views of the canal. You will have your own bathroom however this does not have a shower, so you will share the shower in Shannon's bathroom (see pics).

The flat is located just outside Castlefield towards Salford/Trafford and is a 5 minute walk to Cornbrook tram stop, a 5 minute walk to regent road retail park and a 15 minute walk into town.

Rent is £500 each per month. Bills currently come to around £110 each per month including council tax (Band D), however this an estimate dependant on the ever-fluctuating electricity bill. There is no parking available.

We are both very laid back but would like a clean, respectful flat.

The room is available from 1st August (but there is some flexibility to move in a day or 2 earlier if needed)

About us:
Shannon, 27- In my spare time I'm quite active- I’m part of a running club and also enjoy the odd gym class and yoga. I love music and go to a lot of gigs/festivals (this ranges from having a soft spot for indie to my all time favourite Taylor swift). I also like going for food/drinks etc. I work from home 3 days a week.

Michael, 24- Similarly, I also try to keep active and go to the gym/running club on the regular. I like to go on the occasional night out but do love a takeaway night in. With my work set up I am out the house in the office nearly every day with the odd day working from home as well.
