I am a mature student currently working as a builder and joiner, my housemate has had to move out suddenly, as such I am looking for another tenant to cover split the cost of a great place.

I'm easygoing, as is the current housemate Gozde, and the neighbors are cool, the house is completely furnished with all amenities as I have lived here for almost 2 years.

There is currently a change between landlords that is in process, so I cannot personally guarantee more than a six-month term at this present moment, although hopefully if all goes well the house will be available for year-long contracts and above.

Depending on if one or two rooms are let the price may vary marginally due to bills and a fair split of costs.

Ideal location for the Universities and central Manchester. Plenty of local amenities all within short walking distance.

Parking front and rear.
Great local community.

I'd prefer creative, musical, practical individuals, I love gardening, card games, and global cuisine, but anything goes.
