I am moving out of this lovely 2 bed duplex apartment at the end of the month.

Bedroom is on the 2nd floor (mezzanine) that is linked to the lounge.
Ground floor has kitchen, family bathroom and your soon to be flatmates room.

This tenancy will be through the flatmate / a private landlord.

£630 includes all bills and a cleaner twice a week.
Deposit is to be confirmed via flatmate.

The bedroom includes double bed with solid wooden bed frame. I had this made to fit the room, which also includes under bed storage space.

Full open plan wardrobe rail with solid wood chest of drawers (2 seen in photos)

The room is super bright and airy! Windows closest to bed opens fully for fresh air!
Heating works perfectly also and the room is boiling within 15 minutes. (Door left closed)
I have uploaded photos to show that the bed can be moved around and have a different set up of the room.

The current flatmate works evenings so be open to that or even better work evenings yourself!
