The apartment has amazing amenities such as a rooftop lounge area/outdoor area, gym and workout studio. Cornbrook tram station is right behind the apartment block and the city centre is just 10 mins on the tram or around a 25 minute walk. The apartment is very sociable with a mix of students and young proffesionals. There is also a 24 hour concierge. There is a car park but this is at an extra cost for a space.

I will be sharing the apartment with my very friendly border collie dog Lily. I am a 26 year old music business student. I am also a singer/songwriter and working part time at a local bar. I am very outgoing and sociable, and I would say very easy to get along with. I would preferebly like someone who is sociable also and someone who likes dogs.
