More about the flat - Double room with 2 double wardrobes, your own bathroom (bigger than mine haha).

The flat really does have a really homely feel especially of an evening its so cosy!
It’s got a rather long balcony which you can sit out on but it’s quite slim but really wide as seen on pics, if wanting a smoke no probs but only ecigs or vapes (I don’t smoke personally)

. Flat is near Ancoats Square and 2 minute walk from the Ancoats Marina (more importantly rudys 🍕 )

I’ve been here for about 18 months so far, and enjoying it. I am such an easy going person not really a mad party person but do have a drink and have a laugh as well as a Chinese and a night in!

I am an sales manager mostly work remotely, I spend a lot of the time in London away so you will have time alone often too as my partner is down south 👍🏼

Bills and WiFi included in the price it’s just a £300 depo and month or 2 up front rent.
