Hey everyone!

The landlord has increased our rent so unfortunately my two lovely flat mates are moving out, so looking for two new people to move in!

There are two double rooms available that will share a bathroom.

Looking for people I can be friends with, and not just live with. I tend to be in the flat most week day evenings and chill and then I go out most weekends!

Bills are £66 per month (for council tax, wifi, and we also get our washing machine and dishwasher tablets delivered and this is included in that). Energy bill is on top of this per month, and varies from around £30 - £50 depending on the month depending on usage (more expensive in winter).

The building has a gym and 24 hour security/ concierge so parcels are always safe!

We are about 5 minute walk from the New Islington Tram stop, 10 minute walk from Piccadilly station, and about 15 minutes from Ancoats Marina.

I do love this flat and the balcony runs the entire length of the kitchen/lounge and is an absolute sun trap, so great in the summer and great for having friends over etc.
