It's a 2b2b apartment on 11th floor in Salford/Central Manchester, 8 minutes walk to Selfridges / Exchange square. The current flatmate will leave in mid October so I am looking for someone to share the apartment with.

It's a double size ensuite with full furnitures. You will have a spacious bathroom in the room. We will share the living room, also comes with full furnitures. I've bought air fryer and coffee machine, which is welcome to use :)

The room will be available from mid Octover. Long -term stay would be a plus but short-time stay is considered, text me details on the covering date. The price includes super-fast wifi from Hyperoptic. Utilities will be of separate charge upon usage. Council tax band D.

The apartment has resident gym (FREE to residents), 24h reception&parcel pickup, shared workplace on ground floor and free coffee machine. The reception desk is friendly and helpful on most cases.
