Hi, I'm Sam and our flatmate is moving out in June. We live in a clean, tidy, bright house on a leafy street in South Manchester with a small double room available. Perfect for young professionals and post grad/mature students.

There are currently three housemates - two medical professionals/students, and a structural engineer. We are all in our 20s and spend time together to grab food or a drink after work and university but also enjoy our own social lives. We celebrate each other’s birthdays and have a Christmas house meal each year. Jasper is into his climbing and music, and Tom (flatmate moving for a new job) loves his running.

We get out to the peaks quite often for walks, and travel to see friends and family.

We are quiet and respectful, and we have lovely neighbours. It is not a party/student house, but BBQs during the summer etc. will be great:)

The living room, kitchen and bathroom are all lovely and recently renovated, I just didn't want the whole house online! :)

- 8-minute taxi to Manchester Piccadilly Train Station
- 5-minute cycle to the University
- 1-minute walk to Bus 111 stop, which goes to the City Centre or West Didsbury (runs every 10 minutes)
- Free on street parking - street is very safe and never had any issues
- Secure bike rack in locked communal passageway
- Aldi is a 5-minute walk
- Corner shops, post office and other amenities nearby
- Platt Field Park is a 5-minute walk - great Park Run there most weekends!
