Really nice spacious house with 2 lounges (one of them used to store my instrument collection) + open plan kitchen. Upstairs there's the king-sized bedroom with lots of storage and a wooden floor, there's also a spare bedroom (sadly not available for rent) the bathroom is fairly small but I'm used to sharing and being considerate.

As a housemate I like to keep shared spaces clean, I'm pretty quiet and agreeable, I'm always down to try new things. I'm a cellist studying music at the rncm but I won't practice past 7pm.
I'm fairly good at keeping on top of bills - they average out under £60 per month.

Council tax band A

Oh and the area is very nice, next to a co-op, short walk from Lidl and Tesco.

I realise this website isn't great for communicating without paying for premium but stay optimistic and be patient.
