Looking for someone to take over a tenancy as my flatmate is sadly leaving. It would be from the 28th January and it’s for 12 months ideally (and ideally even longer!) I’m looking to get someone in agreement with the tenancy as soon as possible as I don’t want to be sorting this out over Christmas and my birthday is in January.

Rent is £707 including a no deposit fee. It’s £68 between for the electricity bills. Water is free. Council tax is band C and is £172 between. Internet is £26 between. It’s the average kind of price for this area.

It’s a lovely 2 bed apartment overlooking Deansgate Towers in Castlefield, in the St George’s Island complex. A room with a 3/4 bed, balcony access and a large bathroom with full facilities included.

Looking for someone who needs a good base where they can chill in the evenings and make it their home - not really one for wild parties or anything, as long as you are respectful and keep things clean i’m happy!

I’m 29 years old and work for a Sports Marketing agency - i work in Altrincham but sometimes work from home. I enjoy running, socialising, gigs, eating good food and travelling! Wanting a flatmate on the same level who enjoys a good chat at the end of the day over a glass of wine. I’m very easy going and am easy to get along with 😊
