THE ROOM: Newly furnished double bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom. Comfortable double bed with a new mattress and wardrobes. Room is new and clean, with a city view and is the larger one in the flat. Large table for home office and comfortable office chair.

THE FLAT: The flat has a washer and dryer, and a modern kitchen including dishwasher. Living room has TV and super fast Wi-fi. Balcony is on the 4th floor with a view to the city. Available free Bike Storage.

THE FLATMATE: Friendly and respectful 30 years old professional. He works in the Manchester office all weekdays, regularly attends the gym and travels.
