It's very cosy here and the location is extremely desirable- a popular, cool development in the heart of the Northern Quarter and walking-distance to all amenities.

I am looking for someone quiet, tidy, friendly, and easy to get along with. I am not a party person but I am sociable- I enjoy sharing a meal and binge-watching a series.

I teach English, and have worked in Australia, Russia and Japan. I travel at every opportunity and go to quite a lot of gigs, galleries and sports events. I play guitar badly- but only when no one is around.

Rent includes bills (for water, electricity internet and council tax).
There is a council carpark directly opposite- I think it costs about £100 a month to use.

I can put you in touch with my previous flat mates for references.

I am usually able to extend the rental period if both parties are happy.

I am currently out of the country until 15 January.
