My current flat mate has bought a house so I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over her tenancy in July. The flat is located 5 minute walk to deansgate and town centre 👌🏼

I’m a restaurant manager working 5 long days a week, i am out a lot but also like my quiet nights in after work to chill, sometimes have friends over for drinks when reasonable to do so, it would be great to have a good friendship with a new roommate.

There are a few differences in the photos to what it looks like now but the flat is furnished. Of course my flat mate currently has changed her room slightly.

The rooms are very spacious and both benefit from their own bathrooms meaning an easy life for both flatmates. Also both bedrooms have access doors onto the balcony perfect for having space if needed. The flat is amazing in summer with the sun shining on the balcony all day 🌞

Unfortunately I have the allocated parking space so a roommate without the need for parking would be ideal.

I’m a very friendly and outgoing person, very clean and tidy so would prefer someone who can appreciate a tidy and clean flat.

I don’t intend on leaving anytime soon as I love the flat. The contract will be for minimum 6 months however the landlord is looking for 12 month contract and may start new contract with my current housemate moving out early.

Total cost currently is around £680 per month each including bills but could rise slightly due to energy prices, please message if you are interested 😁
