Your room is a choice of two, either the master bedroom (green) with en-suite (it’s huge has a king size bed) for £800 a month or the smaller room (painting/bike room) which will have a double bed and integrated wardrobe with the hallway bathroom (bath and shower and toilet to high spec). Whatever room you pick I’ll take the other so their will only be us two and my bulldog in this massive space. Other bedroom is actually a second living room that you could have sole access to if you wanted, with exception for 2-4days of month when my business partner comes up to stay on the futon (next to master bedroom) each room is separated by a long hall so whatever room you pick you will have enough privacy! About me I’m Adam a 25year old male business owner , I work hard and chill hard, do love to socialise but I don’t drink anymore (party days behind me) but I still enjoy going to bars occasionally but prefer Restraunts ( I don’t care if you drink though). I spend my leisurely time walking my bulldog Bentley, hanging with mates, going to the gym or boxing. When I’m feeling lazy I love nothing better than cooking a big meal (I’m a good chef) and chilling watching films, usually after a hike. I expect to share my flat with a young professional who keeps clean (this is extremely important) and likes dogs as Bentley is my pride and joy! it will only be you myself and sometimes my girlfriend in the apartment so it’s important we can get along or that we’re ok in our own privacy.
