Thank you for your interest in our beautiful top floor apartment (if I do say so myself). The apartment comes with ALL bills (Including council tax, electricity/Gas, Broadband etc) included fully furnished so you can pretty much roll out of your old bed into this apartment.

Apartment:
There is an open communal area with living area, L shaped sofa and and kitchen area with island and bar stools. There is a large bathroom with a bath and shower. We have practicality in mind and have therefore created lots of storage space around the apartment too!

About us:
My wife and I are young professionals working in Manchester but unfortunately I am moving for some time for work. We will occupy one room in the house as this is still our main residence but we will unlikely be frequently there.
